Good chest workouts isn’t about strengthening just the chest. It’s about strengthening the entire upper body. Muscles like the biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, abs, and lower back are all muscles that get worked when doing exercises like the bench press, dips, and flys. So don’t think that when you are working out your chest that it’s the only muscle you are working. That’s why the chest is such an important part of the body.
